Stephanie Ridgway Stephanie Ridgway joins Remy Cointreau USA as a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry with a passion for whisky. Stephanie takes on the role as Brand Manager and Brand Ambassador for Highland Park Single Malt Scotch. Previously Stephanie was a Midwest Brand Ambassador for The Edrington Group’s portfolio of Scotches; The Famous Grouse, Cutty Sark, The Macallan and Highland Park. Her expertise in the spirits arena comes from the rigorous education programs at these distilleries. Her learnings throughout the years have allowed her to hone her palate and intensify her knowledge of one of Scotland’s greatest gifts. She hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she graduated from Penn State University and first in her class at The Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts. Additionally, she is a member of the exclusive Les Dames de Escoffier and currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.
